Shipping & delivery

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a business day are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery times

  • United Kingdom — 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union — 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world — 5–14 business days after dispatch, customs depending.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated based on your destination country. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout once you select your country.

Charges and customs

For international deliveries (including the European Union and Rest of World): you may be liable for local import duties, customs clearance fees, and statutory VAT upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier; they are entirely outside our control and are not collected or paid by us.

Signature required upon delivery

Because our jewelry pieces are valuable, all orders are shipped using tracked and insured services that require a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend routing your delivery to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. We cannot authorize couriers to leave parcels in "safe places" or unattended.

Undeliverable or refused packages

If a package is returned to our studio because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, or because it was left unclaimed at a local depot, or because import duties / customs fees were refused, you will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the item.

If you choose to cancel the order instead after it has been returned to us, we will refund the cost of the jewelry minus the original shipping fees and any return fees levied on us by the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel hasn't arrived within the times above, please get in touch at hello@jewelrysence.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Please note that a parcel is not officially classified as "lost" by carriers until 10 working days (for UK deliveries) or 25 working days (for international deliveries) have passed since the estimated delivery date. We are unable to issue refunds or dispatch replacement pieces until the carrier completes their investigation or this timeframe has elapsed.

Replacement or refund is handled in line with our Terms & conditions and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the DMCC Act 2024.
