About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through Jewelrysence. The seller is Jewelrysence Ltd (company number 00000000), registered office 123 High Street, London, UK. Contact: hello@jewelrysence.com.

Ordering and contract

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or pricing is clearly wrong.

Delivery

Items are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. See our Shipping page for current details.

Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, write to hello@jewelrysence.com with your order number. Return the items to us in their original condition; we will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.

Items made to your specifications (e.g. custom sizing) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the DMCC Act 2024 you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Contact us within a reasonable period of discovering the issue.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. Payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider; we authorize the card at checkout and capture the funds when your jewelry is dispatched.

Intellectual property

All content included on this website, including but not limited to jewelry designs, brand names, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of Jewelrysence Ltd and is protected by the UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our express written permission.

Amendments to terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
